Grossen Performance is a shared marketing name used by two independent coaching businesses based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada:
This website is grossenperformance.com and is operated jointly for marketing purposes.
What we collect depends on how you interact with us. We group it below by context.
We self-host our fonts, so your browser does not share your IP address with a font CDN. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, does not track you across sites, and stores only aggregate visit counts that cannot identify you.
On pages that run advertising (our landing and lead pages) we use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences. The pixel only loads after you accept cookies via our consent banner. If you decline, it is not loaded and no advertising identifiers are collected. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.
When you sign up for a free guide (such as the 11-Day Protein System or PEAK), a quiz, or our movement self-screen, your name and email address, and any answers you submit, are processed by MailerLite (an EU-based email platform) on our behalf to deliver the content and occasional related emails. Some of these pages load MailerLite's or the Meta pixel's script, which shares your IP address and user-agent with those providers when the page renders. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Lawful basis: your consent.
When you book through Calendly, or contact us by email or Instagram, the information you provide is processed by those platforms and by us to respond to you and schedule sessions.
When you buy a Membership or coaching, we create an account for you and process the data needed to deliver the service. This includes:
Lawful bases: performance of our contract with you (to deliver the service you paid for), and your explicit consent for health-related data.
We use the following providers, each acting on our behalf under their own data-protection terms. Some are located in, or transfer data to, the United States under standard contractual safeguards.
We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
We keep your account and health data for as long as you have an active account, and delete it (or anonymise it) within 30 days of you closing your account or asking us to, except where we must keep limited records (such as payment records) to meet legal or tax obligations.
Under GDPR (EU/EEA) and PIPEDA (Canada) you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Members can export their data and delete their account from within the GP Platform, or you can email us and we will action your request within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
The GP Platform and our coaching provide fitness, training, and nutrition guidance and educational interpretations of self-reported measures. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a physician before starting a new training or nutrition program, and seek medical care for any health concern.
