Grossen Performance is a shared marketing name used by two independent coaching businesses based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada:
When you enroll in a coaching package, your contract is with the specific sole proprietorship of the coach you work with, not with Grossen Performance as a single entity. By booking a discovery call, enrolling in a coaching package, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Grossen Performance offers three service types:
The specific inclusions for each package are described on our website and confirmed during the discovery call before you enroll.
Discovery calls are free, typically 15 minutes long, and carry no obligation to enroll. We use the call to understand your goals, answer your questions, and decide together whether we are a fit.
Once you enroll, payment is due at the start of each billing period.
Online packages are billed monthly or quarterly depending on the term you choose.
In-person packages require a one-time onboarding session fee of $195 CAD before training begins, plus monthly payments throughout your chosen term. By enrolling in an in-person package, you sign a coaching agreement that commits you to the full 3-month or 6-month term you selected. Your monthly payments continue through the end of that term regardless of whether you attend every scheduled session.
Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of enrollment. We may adjust pricing over time; any changes apply to new enrollments only, not to your current active package.
Online packages: you may cancel at the end of any billing period with email notice before the next renewal. Refunds for unused time within a paid billing period are considered on a case-by-case basis.
In-person packages: the $195 CAD onboarding session fee is non-refundable once the session has been delivered. In-person packages carry a contracted minimum term of 3 or 6 months. Once you enroll, you remain responsible for all monthly payments through the end of that term, whether or not you continue to attend sessions. Early termination, with a refund of future monthly payments, is only considered for documented medical reasons that make training impossible, or for relocation outside the Calgary area, and is at our sole discretion.
Pauses: package pauses for serious life events are handled case-by-case at our discretion. Week-to-week flexibility for travel and sickness is already built into the session policies above.
